A major leak reveals the 14 playable classes of The Duskbloods, the Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive from FromSoftware, just days before the Closed Network Test from August 21–24, 2026. Data pulled from the official site confirms a varied and dark roster, typical of the studio.
A leak from the official servers
On August 17, 2026, the Japanese blog Dark Soku spotted a server update on the The Duskbloods website briefly exposing an internal list. Result: 14 classes, named Bloodsworn, are now known. Each profile combines firearms, blood-based powers, and distinct roles in a gothic universe overrun by game-controlled enemies.
The game, directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, pits eight players against each other on maps inspired by Bloodborne and Dark Souls, with a steampunk twist. The Closed Network Test, accessible by registration, will begin on August 21, 2026.
Varied roles, but details remain unclear
Class descriptions remain partial, but classic archetypes are already visible: resilient warriors, agile characters, mages, or specialists with unique equipment. The leak, shared by English and French communities, appears consistent with FromSoftware’s official announcements.

Perfect timing for the closed test
The leak comes at just the right time, a few days before the tests begin. Players can now familiarize themselves with the classes before trying them out in real conditions. No release date has yet been announced for The Duskbloods.
While the leak’s authenticity is not in doubt, FromSoftware has yet to respond. Fans of dark fantasy and competitive multiplayer now have plenty to fuel speculation until the test.
